Billing Terms

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Overview

These Billing Terms apply to businesses that use Besa AI Systems (“Besa AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to receive routed customer calls through the Besa AI website, app, hotline, business dashboard, and related services.

By creating a business account, choosing a plan, activating payment, or receiving routed customer calls through Besa AI, you agree to these Billing Terms, the Provider Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Monthly Access Plans

Businesses may choose a monthly access plan. Monthly access keeps the business account active and controls the service radius where Besa AI may route customer calls to the business.

  • Starter: $19/month — 7-mile service radius
  • Growth: $29/month — 17-mile service radius
  • Pro: $49/month — 27-mile service radius
  • Elite: $79/month — 37-mile service radius
  • Max: $99/month — 50-mile service radius

Plan pricing, service radius, features, and availability may change over time. Besa AI may offer custom pricing, promotions, free overrides, admin overrides, or special arrangements at its discretion.

3. Category-Based Routed Call Rates

In addition to monthly access, businesses may be billed per routed customer call based on their service category. Different service categories may have different routed-call rates.

The routed-call rate may be shown during business signup, business payment activation, billing history, invoices, receipts, or account records. If a business changes service category, location, plan, or account type, its routed-call rate may change.

4. What Counts as a Routed Customer Call

A routed customer call means Besa AI sends, routes, or attempts to connect a real customer call to the business phone number through the Besa AI system.

A routed customer call may be billable once Besa AI sends the call to the business phone number, whether the business answers, misses the call, is busy, declines, or later calls the customer back from missed-call information.

Businesses understand that missed calls may still provide value because the customer phone number may appear through normal phone system behavior, such as missed calls, caller ID, voicemail, device call history, or carrier records.

5. Non-Billable, Waived, or Credited Calls

Besa AI may treat certain calls as non-billable, waived, or credited at its discretion. Examples may include obvious test calls, spam, fraud, duplicate internal tests, invalid provider phone routing, internal system errors before routing, or other calls Besa AI determines should not be charged.

A credit or waiver in one situation does not require Besa AI to credit or waive future calls. Besa AI may review routing logs, call records, account activity, provider status, and support information when deciding whether to credit or waive a charge.

6. Payment Processing

Besa AI may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, receipts, refunds, credits, disputes, and related billing records.

Besa AI does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Payment information may be handled by the payment processor according to its own terms and policies.

7. Billing Records and Invoices

Besa AI may create billing records for monthly plans, routed customer calls, credits, waived calls, failed payments, disputes, refunds, adjustments, and account changes. These records may appear in the business dashboard, billing history, invoices, receipts, or internal admin tools.

Businesses are responsible for reviewing billing history and promptly contacting Besa AI if they believe a charge is incorrect.

8. Failed Payments and Account Status

If a payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or cannot be processed, Besa AI may retry payment, pause the business account, stop routing calls, reduce visibility, remove eligibility, or require payment before restoring service.

Besa AI may also pause, block, or remove a business for unpaid balances, payment disputes, fraud, misuse, repeated complaints, safety concerns, or violation of Besa AI terms.

9. Cancellation

Businesses may cancel their Besa AI business account through the app or available account tools. Cancellation should stop future routed customer calls from Besa AI, subject to processing time, billing cycle timing, and account record requirements.

Cancellation does not automatically erase past charges, prior billing records, support records, dispute records, tax records, or other records Besa AI may need to keep for legitimate business, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

10. Refunds, Credits, and Disputes

Refunds and credits are not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing by Besa AI. Businesses may contact Besa AI support to report suspected incorrect charges, duplicate charges, spam calls, test calls, or billing issues.

Besa AI may review call logs, routing events, provider phone validity, account history, payment records, and other information when deciding whether to issue a refund, credit, or waiver.

11. No Guaranteed Call Volume or Results

Paying for Besa AI does not guarantee leads, jobs, revenue, customers, bookings, appointments, search ranking, routing priority, exclusive territory, or minimum call volume unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

12. Provider Responsibility

The business or provider is responsible for its pricing, estimates, licenses, insurance, permits, employees, service quality, customer disputes, refunds, damages, warranties, and legal compliance. Besa AI does not perform the provider’s service and does not control the provider’s pricing or work.

13. Changes to Billing Terms

Besa AI may update these Billing Terms as the platform changes. Updated terms may be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Besa AI after updates means you accept the updated Billing Terms.
