1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Besa AI Systems website, app, service hotline, business dashboard, and related services. By using Besa AI, you agree to these Terms.
2. What Besa AI Does
Besa AI helps connect customers with service providers based on the type of request, location, availability, and other routing factors. Besa AI is not the provider of the actual service unless specifically stated. Service providers are independent businesses or professionals.
3. Customer Use
Customers agree to provide accurate information when requesting a service. Besa AI does not guarantee that a provider will be available, arrive within a specific time, complete a job, or charge a specific price.
4. Business Accounts
Businesses may create accounts to receive leads and customer calls through Besa AI. Business access may require activation, monthly access fees, call credit, and connected-call charges. Besa AI may pause, block, or remove a business account for non-payment, misuse, poor customer experience, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5. Call Billing and Lead Charges
Businesses may be charged for connected customer calls or service leads received through Besa AI. Monthly access keeps a business account active and may control service radius or lead eligibility. Connected-call charges may be deducted from a business call credit balance or billed through an approved payment method.
6. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Besa AI Systems related to service requests, provider connections, account updates, support, and important service notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. No Emergency Services
Besa AI is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Besa AI is not responsible for the quality, pricing, timing, actions, or omissions of independent service providers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Besa AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Besa AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
