Users opt in by entering their phone number and checking the required SMS consent checkbox before submitting a signup or service request form.
The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Users must actively check the box before submitting the form.
SMS Opt-In Disclosure
Besa AI Systems collects SMS consent through a clear opt-in checkbox shown near the phone number field during signup or service request submission. By checking the SMS consent box, users agree to receive SMS text messages from Besa AI Systems.
These messages may include service request updates, provider connection notices, account alerts, customer support messages, and important service notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchase.
